Predictable Structure

Every project opens with the same numbered skeleton — docs, intake, cleanup, analysis, delivery, archive. Anyone can find anything without asking, and the layout itself documents the workflow.

DOMAIN CASES

Three industries, three builds, one discipline. Click a case to see the dashboards behind it — problem, build, outcome.

CLEANUP TECHNIQUES

Every report is only as honest as the rows beneath it. Browse the disciplines that turn raw intake into decision-grade data — before and after, side by side.

DEDUPLICATION

Duplicate records are the quietest way to inflate a report — the same customer counted twice, the same invoice paid into the totals two times. Exact matching catches the copy-paste twins; fuzzy matching catches “Smyth, Jon” living at the same address as “Smith, John”; rules-based matching decides which survivor keeps the history. The discipline isn’t deleting rows — it’s merging them so nothing a duplicate carried is lost.

When to useMerged lists, CRM imports, multi-source intake — anywhere two systems described the same people.
PreventsInflated counts and revenue totals that quietly double the truth.
BUILT WITH A BLUEPRINT
Every project comes with a workbook.
From intake plan to final dashboard, the workbook is the navigable record of the build—what was decided, what changed, and why. Mark it up, share it, hand it to the next person. The work is yours, not locked in someone’s app. This page was built from one—and the workbook for it is the sample.
